All payments for online orders are processed through PayPal platform which provides high standard of security (SSL connection) and great ease of use. You will be able to pay using your credit card, bank account or Paypal credit, with no fee whatsoever on your side.
After you review and confirm your shopping cart (by clicking on Checkout button), you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal checkout page in order to complete the process. In the Paypal platform you will be requested to add your payment and shipping information (if you already have a Paypal account that information will be automatically retrieved). If you want to use a different delivery address from your invoicing address, please specify in the field "Note to Seller".
Once your payment is finished you will receive an inmediate payment confirmation from Paypal.
If you notice any error on your information or shipping address after the payment, please contact us inmediately so we can correct the information before dispatching your order.
We offer FREE Shipping within Hong Kong and highly discounted shipping overseas!
HONG KONG: FREE delivery for any order within the Local Courier Post Area: HK Island, Kowloon, NT, Lantau Island and Ma Wan. The shipping method that we use is Local Courier Post or SF Express (depending on destination area), which takes around 1 to 2 days for delivery.
OVERSEAS: 15HKD (less than US$2) per item shipped by Regular Air Mail. The shipping time is between 7 to 14 days. Please note that some countries might request custom tax or duties on your purchase.
After receiving your online order, we will verify your payment and dispatch your order either on the same day (if received before cut off time) or on the next working day. The mail cut off time is 4:00pm weekdays.
Normally we only allow orders for In Stock items, however occasionally we may allow pre-orders for coming designs (we will highlight so in the product description), in which case the order will be processed as soon as the stock is received.
Important Notice: If you will not be home to accept delivery of your order, consider shipping your order where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.
- Goods can be exchanged ONLY if there is a quality problem.
- No refund or exchange request is allowed due to variation on the colour of the design (please note that the on-screen colours and the real ones may differ slightly).
- Goods can be exchanged within 7 days after reception.
- Goods can be exchanged once provided that the returned goods are in new, clean condition with all KOKONUZZ® tags intact.
- KOKONUZZ® reserves the right for final decision.
